In March, BSMimpact was pleased to be nominated by TMForum for an “Excellence” award in the Industry Leadership category. BSMimpact was therefore delighted to be informed that a panel of judges has selected BSMimpact as one of 6 Finalists in this category.

On the 10th March 2010, BSMimpact achieved certification of its internal Quality Management System to ISO9001:2008 Standard. BSMimpact is a leading advocate of the value to be gained in taking a Standards-Based approach to service management. The achievement of ISO 9001 certification therefore represents a major step forward in applying this approach to the way BSMimpact manages its own business.
 
December 2009
On 9th November 2009, Matthew Burrows, Managing Director of BSMimpact, was elected as the new President of the Institute of Service Management. As part of this role, Matthew is on the Management Board of itSMF UK, with responsibility for SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) and the Institute of IT Service Management.
