How we help

Companies are increasingly wary of large consulting organisations that charge excessive fees for generalists without the depth of experience and knowledge needed to deliver maximum value. But we are not generalists or pure academic theorists; instead, we are specialists in the real-life operational use of service management best practices. Our focus is on providing viable solutions and delivering measurable value and benefits – rather than on writing lengthy reports that deliver little real value.

We are a boutique consultancy of handpicked practical and pragmatic experts, and our unique specialist approach has led to us becoming internationally recognised experts and thought leaders in Business Service Management (BSM). We have been independent since we started in 1997, have no restrictive ties to specific tool and hardware suppliers and do not ourselves sell tools.

For each engagement, we assign individuals from our team of recognised experts in Transformation and Business Service Management. We then work in partnership with you to deliver operational solutions and realise rapid value and business benefits. Our positive and supportive approach enables achievable benefits and improvement opportunities to be indentified, and facilitates continual improvement.

Our people

Our people are not ordinary agency Project Managers or Service Management contractors. They have significant operational experience, expert knowledge of methodologies, frameworks, standards and best practices, as well as many authoring credits for best practice books, white papers, presentations, case studies, training courses, methodologies and articles based on successful implementations.

The transformation journey

We have developed a six-stage approach for business transformation programmes. The Transformation Journey, like any journey is focussed on getting to a specific destination for a defined reason. It starts with a vision (reason/need/objectives) and ends with a practical solution (reaching the destination/completion of the journey).  It can be applied for any type of transformation change initiative.
