At BSMimpact we believe that a good consultant will reduce your reliance on consultancy, helping you to build the capability you need, while effectively doing themselves out of a job.

During our engagement we will often formalise knowledge transfer, help recruit and train service management staff, and act in a mentoring and coaching role until your operational capability can function without the need for extensive external consultancy. We utilise frameworks such as SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age), set up or improve internal Continual Professional Development (CPD) and mentoring schemes, and recommend training and development approaches.
