Pre-sales support
We spend time getting to know your organisation, objectives and needs, discussing approaches and planning the activity. This activity by our consultants is all part of our overhead, and therefore not directly funded by you – representing additional value.
Operational support
We provide a “back office” administration function that takes care of things like time recording, expenses claims, invoicing and other tasks that in general take a resource away from focusing on delivering. Each BSMimpact consultant is supported by our office to ensure that they maximise the time spent delivering value to you rather than carrying out administration.
Team knowledge
All BSMimpact consultants have access to the knowledge and active support of the rest of the BSMimpact team. We invest significant time (which is not billed to customers) ensuring that the knowledge is shared and that our consultants are always proactively supported by the rest of the team.
Quality Assurance
We are accredited to ISO9001, and are regularly audited to ensure that our processes support our business, which is the delivery of our services. We have an active and supportive management team structure, with mentoring and continual professional development for our staff. This ensures high quality in the engagement with our clients, our administration and support capabilities, and the services we provide.
Methodologies, training, tools and collateral
We continue to invest in the development of all these assets. We provide excellent tools and technology to make our teams more efficient and effective; this includes our award-nominated cloud-based capabilities used by all our people. Training, collateral and our own developed methodologies are being continual developed, improved and updated.
