Our story
Our story began in 1997, when Matthew Burrows, James Bartlett and Michael Squire started BSMimpact. Our first project was for IBM and British Airways, where we were responsible for the relocation of BA staff into their new 'Waterside' headquarters building, and for the related and highly innovative IT solutions. This initial project was showcased on the BBC Tomorrow's World programme, illustrating our forward-looking approach and industry-leading capabilities.
Following that auspicious start, we have continued to deliver consistently high quality services throughout many programmes and transformation initiatives. Our client portfolio includes many blue chip names, and we are called upon by a number of leading service providers to supplement their teams and deliver our specialist skills to their customers.
Providing thought leadership
As Business Service Management thought leaders, we are frequently asked to deliver presentations at industry events, where we share our knowledge and contribute to continual improvement and best practice development.
