We don’t have a ‘B’ team, just a single team of extremely experienced, skilful and knowledgeable practitioners. So, we don’t send in an ‘A’ team to impress initially, and then use a ‘B’ team for the actual work.
Our team comprises of an appropriate mix of permanent consultants and specialist associates. The full team currently has about 35 members, including a number of specialist associates with skills in specific areas. We operate a flexible and agile operating model that utilises the mix of skills within our team, ensuring that we are fully responsive to changing customer needs.
