Our consultants have extensive real-life operational experience – not just theoretical or academic knowledge. The team consists of a mix of staff and associates with qualification and experience in ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma, ISO/IEC 20000, SFIA, eTOM, TUPE, Transformation, Benefits Management, Project and Programme Management (Prince 2 and PMBOK), and Outsourcing.
