Adrian Conway

Adrian is a former IT Service Management and Operations Director with a reputation for commitment, tenacity, delivery of business change, and development of strong business relationships. He spearheaded the introduction of ITIL based service management at a FTSE top 50 Business Services company, initially in the UK and subsequently in the US, and provided further roll-out consultancy to other worldwide locations.

Recognised for his Service Management leadership, Adrian was invited to serve as President of the User’s Association of a leading service management software company, a role he undertook for two years. He was also invited to sit as an industry expert on the Academic Standards and Quality Committee of Nottingham Business School at Nottingham Trent University for the development of their Master’s Degree course in Strategic Customer Service Management.

Adrian also has strong IT commercial/contract/vendor management experience in desktop, mainframe, networks, software and associated services environments. He now focuses on providing high quality transformational consultancy in the IT service management arena.
