Bob McKean MCMI AMIEM AMIMC -
Bob is a strong implementer with a practical results-oriented approach and extensive in-depth subject matter expertise in service management, service process architecture development, implementation, management and auditing. His experience covers a 20-year corporate IT service management career and 14 years of service management consulting.
Bob is an Institute of Quality Assurance Lead Auditor with significant experience of service process design and development, improvement and audit; a past Diploma Programme Leader with the Chartered Management Institutes Senior Manager Development and Assessment Team; a regular contributor to the itSMF discussion forums; and a Key Member of the British Quality Foundation.
His ability to use best practices and standards in a simple, efficient and effective way has saved many clients from a library of 'shelf-ware' delivered by consultants from other organisations. This no-nonsense focus on the implementation and embedding of practical, pragmatic and operable solutions ensures the benefits are made real.
