Julian Browning - Head of Consulting

Julian has spent much of his career as a Senior Manager with Vodafone, most recently as Head of Business Services. During his 15 years at Vodafone, he masterminded the service management programme (finalist in the Project of the Year category at the itSMF 2006 conference) and carried out several business service management initiatives that delivered significant benefits. He was presented with the 'Vodafone Legend' award in 2007 for the top 100 UK employees who are recognised for outstanding achievement, behaviour and interaction with colleagues.
