Liz Batup MBA

Liz is a consultant specialising in service management, with experience in the mobile telecoms, computer software and solutions, construction and exhibition industries. During her career, she has gained experience in service delivery, service improvement and process design for a variety of IT departments and customer service functions. Liz has a combination of process, business and people skills. She has held operational and project management roles, and has a proven record of managing teams. Liz is extremely client-focused and is an excellent facilitator of practical change through embedding of skills, tools and techniques within client organisations.

Liz holds the ITIL Managers Certificate and has considerable best practice experience and knowledge, including Service Level Management, Service Improvement, Service Desk implementation, Incident, Problem, and Change Management. She attained APM-accredited Certification in Project Management and in 2000 graduated as an MBA from Henley Management College.

Liz's people skills are often used to great effect for coaching, mentoring and training. She has driven major operational improvements for clients, including reducing alarm/alert volumes by 50% for a network management centre, and 30% operational cost reductions (through merging and consolidating support teams and process improvements) for another client.
