Mathew is an experienced Service Transition Consultant with an extensive background in Service Management. He has created and implemented ITIL-based Service Management projects at a global, FTSE top 50, business services company. He has a reputation for commitment, teamwork, the delivery of business change, and the development of strong business relationships.

An itSMF member for many years, and an active member of the itSMF Transition Management Special Interest Steering Committee, Mathew now focuses on providing high quality transformational consultancy in the IT Service Management arena.

Mathew’s most recent project assignments have been providing advice and guidance regarding IT Service Management transformation to a global managed services organisation and the rollout of ITIL based service management processes and tool into the US arm of a global FTSE top 50 company.
