He is an expert in fast track ISO/IEC 20000 certification, for example, successfully taking a UK telecomm organisation from limited service management processes to full ISO/IEC 20000 certification in just 14 months.
Nigel has an excellent record of streamlining and dramatically improving customer services while reducing operating costs in Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies. He has supported many companies in taking their support organisations to the next level, building strong relationships between the business, IT department and vendors, and ensuring that the services delivered match business requirements and timescales.
Experience gained as the Global Lead for remote working solutions such as VPN, PDAs, Blackberries and GPRS/Edge cards in a Fortune 500 company has helped Nigel to formulate the business analysis, implementation, security and support methodologies required to ensure that businesses get true ROI from their investments in this market.
